Restore Your Body
Join us for three weeks each month as we explore the movement of specific areas of the body. Each coaching session will compromise of only 5 people in order to support the individual needs of each person. Zoom will be utilized for each session. Being present on the live coaching calls is required. The sessions will be recorded for later reviewing.
Gain one on one support, encouragement and instruction in a small group setting.
